The entire of Game of Thrones was worse though. I’ll be honest- I went into the OA thinking it might be a more "teen drama" kind of show. Not that there is anything wrong with them, but I wasn’t really looking for that. With that scene, I realized that it was going to have more adult themes, and be willing to push boundaries that a show whose target demographic was young teens wouldn’t push. I actually don’t feel ep 1 is boring at all.
